bbB PROJECT

180 young filmmakers from Korea, Thailand, France and Iceland participated in the bbB Project, a film project by Eloquence and the online platform 29cm. Eloquence picked Korean film director Kimbo Kim to select a team and visit each participating country’s directors and realize short films. The result are four stunning works, three of which were presented in the Short Film Corner at the Cannes Film Festival 2013.

한국, 태국, 프랑스, 아이슬란드의 젊은 영화인 180명이 참여한 bbB 프로젝트는 온라인 플랫폼 29cm와 엘로퀀스의 ‘영화 프로젝트’다. 엘로퀀스가 선택한 한국 감독 킴보 킴(Kimbo Kim)과 한국 영화팀은 태국, 프랑스, 아이슬란드를 직접 방문하여 각 도시의 감독들과 현지에 단편 영화를 만들었다. 총 4편의 영화로 제작된 이 프로젝트는 각 도시 출신의 감독들 고유의 감성과 이야기로 채워져 있으며, 4편 중 3편이 2013 칸 영화제 쇼트 필름 코너(Short Film Corner)에서 상영했다.
